Our smaller meeting rooms are the perfect setting for private meetings, intimate workshops and other kinds of events with up to 15 participants. Each room's interior is designed differently and provides a unique backdrop for your audience.

Conference

The two large conference rooms are ideal for meet-ups and events with 15-50 participants. With mounted projectors, projection screens and a flexible layout, these rooms are equally suited for traditional meetings and conferences to more dynamic workshops and creative sessions.

Jaffa room.

With its wooden panel wall and sailing-inspired decor, the middle-size conference room – also known as “Jaffa” – is a perfect setting for extended team meetings, smaller presentations and private discussions. It can host up to 20 people and can be equipped with a projection screen, beamer and speakers for all your presentational needs.

Big Conference Room
Affectionally known as the “Casablanca”, the big conference room can host up to 50 people for larger meetings or presentations. The dedicated projection wall and Bluetooth speaker system means it is ideal for multimedia presentations, workshops or even online conferences.

Shanghai

Shanghai room.

The original Chinese characters for Shanghai actually mean “Upon-the-sea” which is where this small meeting room got its name. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV and has a lot of natural light which can fool you into thinking you’re actually “upon the sea”.

Santorini

Santorini room.

Plenty of space and natural light in the big confer-ence room on the 1st floor, nicknamed Santorini because of its white interior and ample sunlight. Similar to Casablanca in both size and available equipment, Santorini can host up to 50 people and its layout can be rearranged to suit various events from conferences to workshops.

Acapulco

Acapulco room.

The name of this small conference room on Ahoy’s 1st floor comes from the once supremely popular Mexican beach resort which came into prominence in the 1950s as a getaway for Holly-wood stars and millionaires. A cosy room suitable for smaller meetings and private get-togethers, it inspires with its charming 70s style decor and surfboard-shaped conference table.

The event space is a multifunctional space designed to be as flexible as your needs. The space regularly hosts all kinds of events: meetups, workshops, hackathons or large corporate events.

With a maximum capacity of around 150 people, it can be converted into a conference space, workspace, used for presentations and seminars or just chilling out.
